Guest Ratings & Reviews
This hotel really surprised me with its exceptional location close to the Botanical Gardens and in a nice quiet residential area. The rooms were comfortable but lacked curtains for the windows. The service was fantastic both from the manager and housekeeper. The dining experience was exquisite with ample food offerings like shabu shabu. However, a downside was the pricey rates. The facilities were modern and convenient.
The hotel is situated in a nice quiet residential area, offering a peaceful stay. The rooms had a private bathroom but were let down by their lack of cleanliness, with the toilet and wash basin dirty and no curtain for the window. The service from both the manager and housekeeper was decent. The location was reasonably close to the city center but was noted to be in an area of decline. The facilities were satisfactory but could be improved.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the peaceful location and easy access to the Botanical Gardens, the room lacked curtains for the window. The service was friendly, but the dining options were limited to just grilled fish. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price paid.
