This hotel really surprised me with its exceptional location close to the Botanical Gardens and in a nice quiet residential area. The rooms were comfortable but lacked curtains for the windows. The service was fantastic both from the manager and housekeeper. The dining experience was exquisite with ample food offerings like shabu shabu. However, a downside was the pricey rates.
